Conomize is a brand and service operated within the European Union. By accessing the website, the public API or the MCP endpoint, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Conomize is a commerce discovery and information layer. We publish structured, machine-readable information about merchants and their offers, and make it available both to people and to AI-powered shopping interfaces. We are not a shop, not a marketplace and not a payment service.

• Service — the Conomize website, the public API and the public MCP endpoint.
• Merchant — a third-party business whose information is published on Conomize.
• Offer — published information about a discount, code, referral or commercial destination.
• Verification — evidence-backed information, recorded with its source and date.
• Affiliate relationship — a commercial relationship under which Conomize may receive a commission.
• Sponsored placement — commercial visibility that is disclosed as such.

The Service provides information and referral links. Any purchase, subscription, registration or contract is concluded exclusively between you and the merchant. Conomize is never a party to that contract.

The Service is provided free of charge to users. No account is required, and none is offered.

Merchant and offer information is published in good faith on the basis of the sources available to us at the time. Commercial conditions change frequently and without notice. Information on Conomize may be incomplete, superseded or, despite our efforts, incorrect.

We do not claim that an offer is the best, cheapest or lowest-priced option available, and nothing on the Service should be read as such a claim.

Links take you to independent third-party environments. Conomize does not control and is not responsible for:

• product quality, description, availability or stock;
• final prices, taxes, fees or currency;
• payment processing and fraud checks;
• order acceptance, fulfilment, shipping and delivery;
• returns, refunds, warranties and after-sales service;
• the merchant's own terms and privacy practices.

Always verify the final terms on the merchant's website before completing a purchase.

Offers, codes and referral links may expire, be withdrawn, be limited in volume, apply only to selected products, or be restricted to certain countries or customer types. Where we know an expiry date or a market restriction, we publish it. The merchant's own conditions at the moment of purchase always prevail.

Where delivery availability for a market is shown as not confirmed, it means we have no verified evidence either way — it does not mean the merchant refuses to deliver there.

Conomize may earn a commission when you use certain links and complete a qualifying action or purchase. This costs you nothing extra and does not change the price you pay unless the merchant states otherwise.

Not every merchant is an affiliate partner and not every link is an affiliate link. Sponsored placement, where it exists, is disclosed. Commercial relationships do not influence whether information is labelled as verified.

Verification means we recorded evidence for a piece of information — for example an official merchant or affiliate-programme source — together with the date of that check. Verification is a statement about evidence at a point in time, not a guarantee of the current commercial outcome, and never a reward for a commercial relationship.

If you find information that is wrong or out of date, tell us at info@conomize.com and we will review it.

• Use the Service lawfully and for its intended purpose.
• Check the merchant's terms, price and delivery conditions before purchasing.
• Do not rely on Conomize as the sole source of truth for a commercial decision.
• If you submit a partnership enquiry, provide accurate information and be authorised to represent the business you name.

• attempting to modify, write to or delete Conomize data through any public interface;
• attempting to access private systems, private commercial data or partnership enquiries;
• circumventing technical restrictions or security controls;
• unauthorised security testing or exploitation;
• abusing service capacity or interfering with availability for others;
• using the Service to distribute malware, spam or unlawful content;
• systematically republishing our content in a way that misrepresents its source or verification status.

The Conomize name, logo, interface, editorial text, data structure and software are protected and remain ours. Merchant names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only; their presence does not imply endorsement by, or a partnership with, that owner unless we say so explicitly.

Conomize offers a public, unauthenticated, read-only API and MCP endpoint exposing public catalogue information, so that developers and AI assistants can use it.

• Use is currently free and offered as-is; there is no service level, uptime commitment or support entitlement.
• Access is read-only by design and must not be used to attempt writes or privilege escalation.
• Please make requests at a reasonable rate; we may apply technical limits to protect availability.
• Attribute Conomize as the source when republishing, and do not present our verification status as your own guarantee.
• We may change, limit or discontinue these endpoints, and we will avoid breaking changes without reason.

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure, such as hosting, database, email delivery and web fonts. Interruptions or changes in those services may affect availability of Conomize.

The Service is under active development. We may add, modify, suspend or remove features, markets, languages, merchants or offers at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Conomize is not liable for loss arising from reliance on published information, from expired or inapplicable offers, from a merchant's acts or omissions, or from the unavailability of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

Where legally permitted, you agree to hold Conomize harmless against claims and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms. This does not apply to consumers to the extent mandatory law says otherwise.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and storage technologies are described in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or to the law. The version published on this page, with the date shown below, is the one that applies to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the law of the country of establishment, within the European Union, of the operator of Conomize.

Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you in any event, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
